"This place is outstanding! Pictures don't do it justice. I stayed in the 2br PH on the top floor. The room was a big as an apartment and had a deck in the rear that had views of Mt. Baker. The front patio probably 20' long and is on the top of the building and you can see the entire bay! There was a full kitchen and fireplace in the room. The rooms don't have AC but the wind from the bay is always in your favor. I couldn't believe how incredible the room was, there were jacuzzi style tubs in each room. And the primary had a walk in shower. The check in process was great, Ashlie was great with check in and helped me with everything I needed. The treatment you get upon arrival feels like you're royalty. From the amazing club room with a huge TV, kitchen area, and poker table, and large couch.... there is always something to do. The shared top deck even has 3 BBQs. I didn't get to speak with Mike, but I saw him interacting with other guests like they were his #1 priority. Every time I passed him he said hello, and always made sure I was doing good. Jamie helped me with the check out process and made sure everything was perfect in my room. She made sure I felt welcomed and made sure I was going to come back again. The customer service was beyond amazing, and the best I'd had in Whatcom County. This is the best location in the area."

"Amazing place to stay. The room with a view was gorgeous. They had movies playing in their theater and s'mores going out back. I will definitely be using this place again since my family has a sailboat docked next door."

"We were absolutely charmed by the look and feel of this extraordinary property! Communicating with Anneli was effortless, and the house was indeed sunbright, extremely well appointed, and wonderfully comfortable.So enjoyed being/cooking in the well stocked kitchen, sitting at the dining table, and looking out to the fabulous view.We've already booked for next year!"

"We had an amazing experience at the forest house! It was the perfect lightly lord of the rings themed backdrop for our engagement with a bit of hobbit and elven vibes. Absolutely gorgeous furnishings and finishes. It rained while we were there, so we took full advantage of cozying up in the house with art supplies and a cheeseboard and watching Lord of the Rings (bluray extended edition of course, though we did have to bring our own copy!)We did that trend of painting each other's portraits and then doing a reveal at the end. It was quite fun and they had everything we needed. We camped for 2 days before coming here and were terribly grateful for the washer and dryer as well. The bath was lovely, the views spectacular, we took a short but brisk walk on the loop around the neighborhood. Couldn't recommend it enough."

"Felt like I was qalking back in time to a "Dirty Dancing" resort with the cute cabins on the beach! We stayed in a tent cabin and it was exactly like the pictures provided. Although the weather was less than desirable, we stayed dry! Should have brought a Mr. Buddy heater as we were pretty cold, but no fault of the resort. Its located on a beautiful stretch of beach with amazing views of Shae island and the Canadian islands. Sunsets were amazing! The store had many items to supplement your stay and cooked food was good. Overall, we would stay again during the warmer season!"
