Although clean, the room was the smallest we’ve ever stayed in, to the point that the sink was in the room not the bathroom. Very nice rain shower, but water didn’t drain properly the first day - it was fixed after notifying the front desk. View out the window was a wall several feet away. Air conditioning unit was loud and rattled all night, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Parking was $50 per night, but that appeared to be par for the downtown area.

The property is centrally located with walking to attractions, restaurants, bars and CVS. The bathrooms could use more detail cleaning. Found several hairs in various places in the bathroom. Fridge was dirty. We did not use Housekeeping services during our stay but was accommodated when we requested fresh towels. More attention would be recommended to deep cleaning on the rooms.

Old building with no elevator all of the rooms are on the second or third floor. You have to walk upstairs with your luggage, they did help to carry our luggage. The furnishings are very simple and the linens are pretty economical. We borrowed an iron and it blew the circuit in our bedroom. We were preparing to go to a dinner event. The person at the desk that not concerned with our situation and did not repair the electrical issue before we had to leave. We left without finishing the ironing nor were we able to use lights in bathroom to get ready. By the time we arrived that evening, it has not fixed.

It was a good location close to shops and restaurants and such, but the room we got was so tiny! For the price we paid to not even be able to turn around in the shower-and I am a very petite person and it was very very small. The bathroom was like 5 square feet, if someone sat on the toilet their feet could reach out and touch the shower.
