"Elevator was broken the whole stay and had to always wait 10+ minutes to get on unless it was 1am. The bathroom was literally horrible the shower floor is the same in the whole bathroom legit felt like I was in jail and had to wear slippers because I was scared of fungus from the floor. Will never stay here again"

"Checkin was very easy- upon pulling into the garage we were allowed to park and check in before going up into the garage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located to the airport and the cruise port. One of our guests took the free shuttle from the airport which was great! Our son also loved watching the airplanes take off from our window. "
