「This place is an absolute joy」

「We thought the property was great. Michael was a great host and answered our message quickly. The home is very nice, the yard and walk to the sea was so great. My grandchildren loved that we could go through the dunes and get to the sea. high five... Amazing Grace, Rebecca and Family」

「My family and I are from Arizona & we stayed the past week at this location. With little kids it was a perfect walk to the playground, super close to Plum Island Beach, the host was great, the stay was great. The house was super cute and cozy. Parking was available right on the property and allowed for two parking spots. The check out process was super easy and seamless. I didn’t pay attention but there isn’t a washer and dryer on the property to to use so that was the only thing that bummed me...

「We had a wonderful 3-day stay in a great property that was perfectly located for usWe were quite surprised however to discover that the pictures out the windows are taken from an angle that hides the fact that you are underneath the deck looking out of the window The pictures also hide the fact that if you are over 5' 11'' and a half you're going to hit your head going into one of the bedrooms and where someone hung a light near the dining room table but not over it.This sounds worse than it is...

「Rob was a responsive and helpful host, the property was clean, well-equipped and welcoming, and being right on the beach in wonderful Plum Island was such a treat. 」

「Our group was two couples, one grandmother, one 17 year old girl and a 10 year old boy. That left 3 or us with a full size bed and/or a pull out couch in the living room with no privacy The property should list "sleeps 6 people" noting that two people sleep in living room. Otherwise we had a lovely vacation, steps to beach.」
