Housekeeping kept everything tidy, and check‑in/out was smooth. What made the stay exceptional was Marisa at the front desk she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, offering local tips and promptly handling a room request so I felt immediately welcomed. Overall a warm, reliable hotel experience I’d happily return to."

"The whole facility was lovely. The only niggle was the our room didn't have a door to the toilet, we might be married but there are still some things we like to keep separate lol. Otherwise the location, room, pool area, cleanliness, welcome bottles of water and wine, bedding etc etc were all high quality."
