"The hotel is very conveniently located. Rooms are good size and clean. Enjoyed our stay there. I would suggest a few small improvements for the property. Free tea and coffee available from 1 PM onwards. Why not from the morning? The machine is already there. Just turn it on. Guests will appreciate it. We were a party of 3. But there was not enough cups/glasses for 3 people in the room. We mentioned to front desk but still didn’t get the 3rd cup/glass. Minor item but if I am paying for 3 people, I do expect services for 3 people. "

"The property is wonderfully decorated from when you step in to the lobby to the rooms. The staff really made our visit, always welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Especially one member ‘Monica’ she is an asset to the hotel. The little extras such as minibar, evening sweet treats, plentiful breakfast and welcome drink made the stay even more luxurious. I couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the property and rooms, housekeeping do a wonderful job. The hotel is perfectly located in a really safe part of Seville and is within easy access of all of the attractions. I would without a doubt return on my next visit! "

"Our first visit to Seville so we didn’t really know the Areas and with hindsight we made the best choice. This Hotel was perfectly situated for us sightseeing Seville on foot. We are not massive walkers but we found it easy to stroll around and look at all the sights we wanted at a relaxed pace. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good with a wide range to suit all tastes. The Hotel has a wonderful roof terrace which we really enjoyed relaxing on a lounger or sitting at tables with a cold drink looking at the panoramic rooftop views over the city. Just a short walk to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it. "
