「Outstanding property, very clean and well maintained. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Food in the hotel was slightly expensive, but the food was very good and full of flavour. I especially recommend the ginger pudding with clotted cream. It was so light and delicious. The grounds were beautiful and we even saw a tawny owl. Highly recommended and we will return.」

「A lovey 300 year old cottage. Beautiful rooms. Spotlessly clean. A full English breakfast sets you up for the day. Paula and Simon are wonderful hosts, very welcoming. We felt like we were visiting friends. Well located for getting around the area, Eden project and popular beaches and harbours a short distance away. 」

「Got told when checking in one of the blinds was broken and asked not to use it we ended up going home that evening,we had food it was not great tried small starters the coleslaw was just terrible the chips under cooked and had olives and bread well over priced as the bread was quarter of a baguette and warmed up in a microwave. Not impressed to be honest.」

「Very bad hotel, most of the things in the reception and lobby are broken. Carpets are really dirty, I mean this hotel and its room and carpets will redefine the meaning of unhygienic and filthy. The rooms are so smelly. We had to request for change of room and second room was equally smelly and dirty.」

「We had such a wonderful stay here! My kids absolutely loved the heated pool! it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and kept them entertained for hours. 「Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. 「Beautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it!
