Cleanliness is not the best. The pool is like a bath tub not refreshing at all, and soooo many people peeing in it. The pool activities get a little out of hand

The service by the pool and restaurants was top notch all inclusive and we are super spoiled. Great service!
House keeping was non existent as we had to call multiple times each day to get our room cleaned and they’d show up when you were trying to get ready for dinner or relax after the day out. Super frustrating. The first night we also waited 2 hours after 3 calls to get bedding for our sofa bed.
I’d give it a 9 because of the inconvenience every day with house keeping dilemmas.
