"We weren't prepared for how remote this property is and the extended rainy season made it even more so with very poor road conditions. Be sure to stock up on EVERYTHING you'll need before going up there as a trip to any store or restaurant will be lengthy. Beautiful House by the Beach

"We loved our stay at Casa Juliana! It was a beautiful location right by the beach. We loved going there during sunsets and having a drink at the neighborhood beach bar. It wasn't very crowded and the house is off the beaten path. The house was lovely with all the amenities we could want. We had beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and even yeti-type coffee mugs and water containers to use for all of us. Chiara was our house manager during our stay and she was absolutely amazing. Super responsive and was so helpful making suggestions for our stay. She's the best! We are a pretty active family so we did quite a few trips to Tamarindo and the Volcano area. Almost everything was at least 45 minutes away, so we had to account for travel time in making our plans. All in all, we had a fabulous time!"
