Staff is very good. Really no service for drinks at pool. Only serve drinks in a very small plastic cup. Other guests said to go buy a $30 tumbler at gift shop. The 1st 24hrs were pressured up selling. Octavio pressed us to leave to hear a time share at another resort even before we were able to see this resort. Upscale dining have very small portions. Enjoyed our stay. Will come back but now that we have more knowledge. Travelled from Orlando FL. Previous trips were Secrets and breathless resorts. Buffet had best selection and changed every night. Too many people get up at 0600 to reserve chairs at pool. We chose tiki huts on the beach. Better option at 1030 am. A bit futher walk to amenities like bar and washroom.

The OMR is absolutely wonderful. The staff is so kind, attentive and offers great service! There are so many different dining options and the food was delicious as well. The Privilege VIP package was also well worth it as we got a quieter area on the beach. Would definitely come back!
