「We arrived early evening - property did not strike us as being cleaned. ( Mouse/rat pellets in bedroom not good). My wife spent quite some time next day cleaning floor etc. We have stayed in Jardin del Sol many times and know it well. We then settled in and enjoyed our stay. A lovely small property in a lovely area.」

「Ottima casa, protetta dal vento e col sole tutto il giorno. Check-in e check-out perfetti, prezzo buono, pulizia buona e tutto il necessario 👍 Unica cosa da segnalare, perché nessuno lo dice ma potrebbe dare fastidio, per entrare in camera bisogna passare per il bagno, e questo non è bello. Anche per prendere il sole c’è poca privacy, perché è separato dal resto della villa con una grata. Se non danno fastidio queste cose é veramente tutto ottimo 👌」

「Think the instructions need up dating as we found quite difficult to find, in fact there was another guest doing the same as us.」

「The flat has a lovely upper floor balcony for a sunny afternoon. Very close to the main shopping street and the main commercial heart of Playa Blanca, and its sea front. The flat is a 4 minute walk from the Bus Station, so an easy bus journey from the airport. The kitchen is fully equipt with every utensil and cooking item, and a large fridge freezer. Very easy access to the flat using the external key safe. 」

「Emplacement idéal, proche des commerces avec vue sur l'océan. Possibilité d'aller à la piscine, parasol et chaises de plage mis à disposition. Bien equipé (hotte non fonctionnelle comme le ventilateur au plafond. Gros bémol sur le nettoyage de l'appartement. Housse du canapé tachée, saletés balayées sous le canapé. Forte odeur d'humidité. De plus, invasion de fourmis, nous avons du acheter du produit afin d'y remédier ...」

「Loved staying here. Good accommodation,plenty of space and well equipped. Husband especially loved having the sports channels on tv. Was able to watch all the football games as well as golf and horse racing!.」

「Nous avons réservé une semaine dans cet appartement avec mon compagnon. Nous avons malheureusement rencontré quelques problèmes durant notre séjour. (-) Nous n’avons pas reçu de code pour la boîte à clés à l’arrivée et après avoir appelé et laissé des messages à l’hôte sur son téléphone et sur Abritel, sans succès, nous avons essayé de trouver le code par nous meme et par la plus grande des chances nous l’avons trouvé ! Heureusement sinon nous aurions dû payer pour un autre logement ou encore...

「Very good but the noise from the gambling bar below was dreadful, banging, chairs being screeched along a tiled floor and noisy rabbles inside the bar and outside the bedroom windows until 2 or 3am! We have booked elsewhere for next year in apartment which only has a office below operating 9am to 5pm and closed on Sunday.」

「Property is very clean and modern on the sea front in the middle of playa blanca.you could almost dive off the balcony into the sea.Only downside is the noise from the adjoining pub which has nightly live music and sometimes even during the day.Ear plugs required.」

「Came with my husband, brother and sister in law to celebrate my 70th birthday. The apartment was as accurately described, well equipped and spacious.Communication with the host/agent was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the opportunity of a late checkout, before our evening flight back, enabling us to make the most of the last day. The roof terrace is awesome, and equipped with duplicate items reduces the trips up and down the spiral staircase with glasses, plates etc. The only down...

「Really enjoyed our week stay in February. Lovely site and very friendly staff. Any issues addressed very swiftly. 20 minute walk to main street, using new paved walkway off main road. We will definitely return.」

「A spacious apartment right at boardwalk and beach with outstanding views. You got to know however that such a Setting also brings some entertainment noise into your bedroom. But if you know that and are willing to accept then there is no better place.」
