The room was a lot nicer than expected for the price! Really modern and clean with lots of space. We ate at the restaurant which was lovely and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel is clearly going through renovations but did not affect us at all whilst staying. Parking outside the room was also great for coming back to after a long day out.

I had a wonderful stay at 21 House of Stories Città Studi. The property is beautifully designed—modern, vibrant, and full of character—while still feeling comfortable and welcoming throughout my stay.
The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm attitude really made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience.
The amenities were equally impressive. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged to make the stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible.
Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Milan. Great property, great people, and great amenities—I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to others.

Good central location, the staff super friendly and accommodating, but the area around the hotel (especially the parking lot in the back) is sketchy, the building itself is an older remodel, the AC was not working while we stayed there while there was a heat wave passing through town.
