「Put simply, the experience feels entirely disconnected from guests' needs. Many of the choices seem to have been made without considering the people who actually use the rooms. For example, upon entering, a coffee set was placed squarely in the middle of the table, leaving no space to use the surface. The desk drawer handles are oversized and protrude into the body of the desk. Opening them reveals empty interiors, which seems unnecessary and thoughtless.」

「Hmm. This is a very good property and would be excellent anywhere else in the world but standards in Greece/Crete are very high. It's a little gloomier inside photos suggest with only limited natural light. There is construction work going on literally adjacent to the property currently so expect some noise and essentially the outdoor balcony space is off-limits during the daytime. 「Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet appartement et ce fut une très bonne étape. L’appartement est neuf, agréable et très bien situé, en plein hypercentre, dans l’arrière-cour de la taverne. La plage est accessible en seulement 5 minutes à pied, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Il ne faut pas attendre les services d’un hôtel en termes d’accueil ou de conseils, mais l’équipe du restaurant fait très bien le lien et reste disponible si besoin. 「Wir haben leider mehrere Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Beim Frühstück mussten wir morgens oder abends immer warten bis uns ein Tisch zugeteilt wurde. Einmal haben wir Abend gegessen und es hat leider auch nicht geschmeckt. Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt leider nicht zufriden」

「Hôtel très bien placé dans rethymnon, autant pour une balade en ville que pour la plage. Les chambres sont propres et le ménage est fait tous les jours. La literie est de bonne qualité. La petite kitchenette est pratique si on n’a pas forcément envie d’aller au restaurant ni de payer pour le petit déjeuner. Des places de parking gratuites autour de l’hôtel mais il faut faire preuve de patience selon l’heure. Les petits moins : - la climatisation n’est que dans la chambre, pas dans l’espace...
