"Perfect location. Shops and dining options within steps of the front door. My only critique is that there was only one hanger and paper towels would have been nice. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay."

"The staff were excellent. I had forgotten my wife’s birthday card in my room and only realized it once we were at La Tanière. Thanks to the can-do attitudes of Laurie and Rosemarie, Laurie went to my room to get the card and Rosemarie dropped the card off at the restaurant on her way home after her shift. That is real service! Congratulations Fairmont and thank you Laurie and Rosemarie!"
"The room was amazing! Staff was really helpful! I only need to ask them to tell people who stay to be quiet late night! There was a couple in the next room and the man got a call and started talking really loud in the foyer! Woke us both up"
