"We came up from southern Maine. It was very easy to find the hotel off of the highway. Super easy check-in. Free parking right by our room. The room was fantastic for myself and my 12 year old son. We loved the pool - so warm! And room service. Very reasonable prices at the restaurant. Easy to get to all of the sights we wanted to see. We will be back!"

"We had a room near the top of the hotel. The view over The Plains of Abraham was fantastic, as was the view from Ciel, the revolving restaurant. The food there was very good also. There are 4 elevators, so no waiting. Check-in and check-out were smooth and eas. Very attentive staff. Our fridge wasn't working, I called the front desk, and a maintenance guy was there to fix it in 10 minutes! Perfect location on the Grande Allèe, the main street down into the Old Town. Several great restaurants within 2 blocks of the hotel. A 5 minute walk to The Plains, a beautiful park reminiscent of Central Park in New York. Great hotel. Great location. Great value for the price. 100% highly recommended."
