"The one lady on reception was really helpful and could speak English. The others on reception were not helpful and could not speak English. The property needs a good clean and needs a good paint. The Continental Breakfast included in my rate was great value for money. The rooms are not cleaned/serviced daily. The free toiletries was body wash only in the bathroom. You have to ask for extra towels and for loo paper if needed. There was sufficient parking."

"This hotel was super convenient for the rugby at the stadium which was less than a 20 minute walk for us. Main area of feedback is we were unable to use the self check in machine as it refused all our cards, thanks to a lady who was outside smoking we were given an emergency number to call this was resolved quickly. Stylish, Clean Rooms
"When we arrived, we were upgraded to a larger room, which was a nice surprise. The hotel and room itself were stylishly decorated and clean, with modern yet retro fixtures. The windows opened onto a central area so we were able to let the breeze in on warmer nights. It seemed to be a quieter area with a few shops and bistros around, so it didn't get too loud at night and was very walkable. We were close to a few tram stops, which made getting around the city very simple. The staff was very helpful, even when we accidentally booked our trip for one day less than we meant to - they held our room and let us add the extra day without issue. "
