"A lovely Riad just on the edge of the medina, great to come back too after the hustle and bustle of the medina only a few minutes away. All the staff are so friendly and will do there utmost to make your stay special. The rooms are lovely & spacious. The airport return transfer was superb. It’s well worth going to there restaurant as the food and service was fantastic & you only have to walk across the road to it. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil oasis in Marrakesh "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Riad Karmela. The staff, including Fatima Ezzarha, both our drivers, everyone working at breakfast and generally around the hotel were so kind and hospitable. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and support with delayed baggage and our very curious young son. Fatima Ezzarha, who had her hands full multi-tasking the entire time we were there, was so calm and helpful - she made us feel like we were the only and most important guests in the hotel.
