I stayed here for 4 nights. I had had an upset stomach in the Sahara Desert and had to cancel the tour transfer for the next morning. Then, a staff member came to my room, took me to the pharmacy, and helped me buy medicine. Idriss and all the staff took care of my health and were very kind. Also, even after I recovered, l could reserve new tour here, and after returning from the tour, he picked me up , as it was located in a complicated area of ​​the medina, so I got lost. Even when there was no hot water for the shower, they responded immediately. Although it was far from the center of Medina, it was a very friendly and comfortable accommodation. It was great to be able to experience the good hammam and massage at the Riad.

We eventually booked and paid for an airport transfer through them. They had also offered us a takeaway breakfast, which we never received. We ended up without transportation in the middle of the night, having to figure things out ourselves, and they refused to issue a refund
