"Truly one of the nicest, most thoughtful properties I’ve stayed at. Everything was great and nicer than expected. We came for the Indy qualifying weekend and the are was very convenient with anything you need just a few minutes away and an easy drive to the track. We did it get to spend much time outside but the backyard is a real oasis. Would totally recommend. "

"Nice little house in a great location if you are doing events at the Fairgrounds. Beds are comfy, linens are nice, and kitchen well stocked. Just be aware the neighborhood is a little more rough around the edges but nothing unsafe. This is the 2nd time I have stayed in the neighborhood and have never had an issue."
