Great location. Clean and well stocked home. Great stay overall! Communication with host was really good from confirmation through check in and check out. There was an essential item missing from the kitchen, and they delivered a new one within hours! Very responsive and appreciated.

Perfect spot.

Property was the perfect size for us in the perfect location. We wanted to be within walking distance of the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, but in a quiet neighborhood with free parking. There were lots of good restaurants and fun shops nearby.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and decorated very cute! We did not utilize the backyard (it rained) but it looked relaxing. The location was convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Indianapolis.

Cute and Comfy

Such a cute place. My friend and I enjoyed all the local little shops and restaurants. In the evenings it was nice to come back to this comfy little place to relax and watch TV. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location - walkable to Fountain Square

Cute house - everything online was the same in person. It’s walkable to all things Fountain Square! Cute little patio out back to relax after walking the neighborhood! Would stay again! Loved the map to show how close everything is to you.

Fantastic getaway in a great location

The property and house are just as described. Comfy and clean and I didn't have to use my car as it's so nicely located close to everything in the Fountain Square area. Would not hesitate to recommend this place or to go there again myself.

Indy Trip

Nice place to stay that is walkable to tons of places to eat and drink. Very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend a place near Gainbridge Fieldhouse where the Fever & Pacers play called Agave & Rye. Very nice addition to the downtown area.

Roomy and comfy

We stayed four nights and were so amazed at how roomy and comfortable this small house was! It felt so much bigger than was advertised. With temps in the low 20’s we were snug under two comforters (extra provided in each bedroom). The location was perfect and easy to navigate from to access locations all over Indy. If you need to stay in this area don’t pass this one up.

Clean, easy entry and close to all the great spots. Super comfortable bedding. Would come back We were there to be close to Lucas Oil Staduim. Did not disappoint.

Short overnight stay

The house was clean, cozy, and perfect for what we needed. We weren't there long enough to use the kitchen - but we loved its look. The neighborhood was in a great location for where we were going. We would consider returning to this house if we were back in Indianapolis.

Super cute and convenient

We stayed in this little house for a Christian Women's conference. The property was very clean and just the right size for the three of us. We loved the convenience to downtown and some of the local establishments (like the Cat Cafe around the corner). The owners were very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again if the conference comes back here again! Thank yo for a great weekend!

Long weekend in Indy

A little dusty, but overall the house was super cute, had everything we needed. Great location/walkable to a lot of fun fountain square hangouts. The check in was a little confusing as the information came to my email and not the app, so tracking down information to get in at midnight was slightly stressful. Other than that we loved it and would stay here again.

Quiet Neighborhood

I was staying in town for work for the week by myself. I really enjoyed this house. It was perfect for what I needed. I do wish the coffee pot was single cup maker. The couch had a stain on it so I used blanks to cover it up. Other than that I would stay again. The bed was very comfortable and the house was close to many restaurants in the area.

Cute House/Great Neighborhood

We came to Indy for the swimming Olympic Trials and the was the perfect little house for me, my daughter and her friend. It was new, clean and cozy. We enjoyed walking to coffee shops in the neighborhood and it was a short ride to Lucas Oil. Thankful for the alley parking space and the lovely backyard. My small complaints were that there was no sauce pan in the house and the main bedroom barn door did not shut. Also the doorknob to the laundry room from the main bedroom is installed backwards so you can’t lock yourself in—easy fixes. Great communication from management and an excellent value for the cost. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay, could be improved

The house and location were great. We LOVED the Cat Cafe and it was nice to have the Loco’s Mexican restaurant at the end of our block. Neighbors were friendly and we saw many friendly people out walking with family and pets. The house had almost everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Improvements needed: fix bedroom door, put new chairs outside on the patio. They are either broken or gross. The other disappointment was that there was NO food or drinks in the home. Every home we’ve stayed at in the past has at least some water bottles and snacks. None here. Otherwise we were very happy!!

Very nice just needs a few tweaks

Very clean overall but the sofa needs steam cleaned or replaced. It had very visible stains on it. No toaster on property even though it is listed in the amenities. We tried to watch TV and couldn’t log in. It kept asking for a ROKU password that isn’t available. Access code was not included on email but a simple phone call took care of that. I would stay there again very comfortable clean beds and the kitchen has a lot of extras minus the missing toaster lol. Location is a very easy drive to Gainbridge Fieldhouse 4 minutes away. Bring bath towels only two were provided for two adults. Washer dryer work well.

Perfect little house for small family/couples.

We (my husband and I) were in Indianapolis for 5 days for a conference with our two children ages 6 & 8. This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was very clean and well stocked with dishes, soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels. There was also plenty of extra sheets/blankets/pillows. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. The house was in walking distance to several restaurants and was a short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown. We were so happy with our stay there. Street parking is difficult sometimes but there was a parking space behind the house accessible through the alley. There is a church/school on the block with a public accessible playground that was just steps from the back door. We did not have time to take advantage, but there was also supplies for roasting marshmallows or hot dogs over a fire pit in the back yard that already had sticks/tree debris for a fire. The only negative I can think of was there was a slight ant issue in the kitchen, but as long as you keep food closed up and don’t leave crumbs out it was not a big deal. With our two kids it was so much better than a hotel room. We highly recommend and would stay again if back in the area! Thanks from Oklahoma!
