"There was pubic hair all in the bath tub and all over the provided shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower. The indoor pool is seasonal because it is not heated . We only picked this place for the indoor pool for the kids and it was closed . Staff were nice . "

"I only stayed 1 night and it was my first time staying at a Sonesta. This was a very nice place to stay. Very clean, friendly staff, quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. I also was a solo female traveler and i felt very safe. I would definitely choose this place again "

"My stay was horrible I would give it 0stars if I could. The room was not properly cleaned there was bed bugs, I still have the bite mark all over my body. When I told the desk staff it was like it didn’t matter. I want a refund so I can go but he told me I was not able to get a refund so he gave another room and that room so so cold the thermostat was broken was was so disappointed and felt so gross I just spent the night in the parking lot in my car. Never going back there again such a waste of time and money. I went there to get some rest but rest I didn’t get. Worst experience ever. "
