"It was fine. Close to the airport with the sky train. Only 1 elevator working made it very difficult and slow to get up to our room on the 9th floor. Bed was not as comfortable as I had expected but the room was good and the soaps in the bathroom were delightful. Would stay again. "

"Hotel is a little run down. Needs an upgrade. Central location. Parking through the hotel is dumb expensive. Cheaper to park on the city streets and use the parking app. Not very soundproof, lots of slamming doors. Great views on the harbour and windows that open which is a plus. Room coffee is awful. But a decent stay"

"Upgrading our room to the Pacific Club gave us access to the lounge where breakfast was available every morning. It was lovely offering fresh fruit, an array of cheese, and a regular breakfast with options such as Eggs Benedict, waffles, bacon, sausages and such. Throughout the day there was various snacks and pastries available with a nice selection of tea and coffee....while enjoying the view of Coal Harbour!"

"Was very average. Beds were small, coffee pot had moldy coffee filter from previous guest. The shower water temperature cpuld not be maintained! Parking was overpriced and tiny spots. The air conditioner wouldnt shut off!"
