"A+. Very relaxing atmosphere, close to the historic center of Lecce but removed from all the bustle and walkable to the nearby village of Cavalino. Excellent staff too. The Bella 'mbriana restaurant just down the road is magnificent."

If you want to explore further afield, you will need a car or expect to pay for taxis, as the area isn't served well with public transport (In May at least)."

"They tell you that you are allowed three waters a day. And then they show you the water that’s in the lobby. That’s not the water that you’re allowed to drink for free. So then when you go to check out, they charge you for all the waters you take."

The location was a five-minute walk from the city centre and close to all amenities including three restaurants right beside us. The daily breakfast was wonderfully provided with many local dishes being served. The room was cleaned daily (which I was not expecting). Serena and Paola were exceptional hosts and I think this is one of the best experiences...
