Although the staff left early & I checked in late around 8:30 pm they were very communicative and their instructions were very detailed and helpful. It is very very close to the leaning tower of Pisa it was literally on the same street & a 5 minute walk. The only slight thing I didn't expect is the room was smaller than I thought (not that big of a deal). It was quite expensive but I believe cause it was New Years night. They did provide...

"I booked the accommodation through Orbitz. After taking payment, I received an email stating that there was no receptionist and we would have to gain entry using emailed codes etc. This should be declared up front, not after payment has been received. We saw a helpful member of staff on the day we were entering. On checkout, nobody was around and I did not know whether my codes would work while storing bags. Someone picked up the phone eventually and the codes did continue to work for the rest...
