"This experience was HORRIFIC. My first bedroom was disgusting, the neighbors had dogs who would NOT stop crying or barking. We had to ask for another room, that room was even worst, very dirty & smelled like the bathroom. We ended up canceling our stay andkeaving the same night. "

"No hot water to take a shower. They changed our room at 10pm but the other room had the same issue of no hot water, so it was a cold shower. The rooms are gross with cracks everywhere. The breakfast was horrible and I wasn't expecting much. Not the hotel I expected for a Hampton. "
