"This was the first time I can say it wasn't like the pictures; it was better! The color of the cabinets gives the impression that it's in need of a renovation, but it's not true. It's clean, comfortable, roomy, and well-maintained. It really is a whole house you get. The area is so beautiful, service all over Pinetop was exceptional, and the food was great. Having the activities on site was fun, and I appreciated having the big soaker tub to warm up in. If I were to add any cons, I would say they could add a little hook for the hand towels so they have somewhere to live but the counter. And for those of us who struggle with stairs, there are 3 steps into the cabin and no way to get to the billiard tables except a full flight of stairs. All in all, I wish I'd booked a longer stay!"
