"Great place great location. Enjoyed the time on the dock and porch area. Bring your own condiments as the refrigerator is cleaned out of everything. There are an assortment of spices and grill seasonings so you don’t need that. Kayaks are in good shape. Only one oar that is a double blade. Several single blades but you have to row accordingly. Beds were comfortable. If you stay in the game room bedroom you will have to go upstairs to use the bathroom. Parking four cars was no problem. You could park six and still abide by the rules of the rental. Hot tub was cleaned while we were there so that was nice. Bring some Amdro from Home Depot for all the ants by the hot tub and dock area. They’ll be gone in a day with that stuff. Lots of bikes and fishing rods to use. Pickle ball was a blast. Large main floor for cooking and entertaining. Great communication with the manager of the property. Enjoy yourself and those cool summertime temps."

"Very quiet, close to hiking and nature walks. Easy parking for 2 cars. Shopping is close by if you forgot or needed anything. Rented a canoe at Rainbow lake for reasonable cost. Sunrise ski resort has summer day passes for fun rides. Several shops to purchase souvenirs. An hour away are gorgeous longer hikes. We had a great time!"

"The backyard is amazing. nice to sit out and eat meals. The master walk in closet is huge and would be perfect if there were hangers to hang our clothes. (We went and bought some at Family Dollar). The decor is very nice, and can use some mirrors. The bathroom mirrors did not have proper lighting and that was all that was available to put on makeup. A make up mirror on the wall would be great. Both tub and shower need a grab bar and a shower mat would help so one doesn't worry about slipping. There was a pepper shaker (thank you) but no salt shaker.All these things are little things that could make this a 5 star house."

"Great host! We had a few hiccups and he attempted to remedy things right away. Hot tub ended up being out of commission, which was a disappointment, but stuff happens. Very comfortable, has every supply necessary for a stress free, relaxing stay. Quick walk to the lake/docks. I would definitely stay here again."

"Owners were very nice and extremely responsive to our communications.House is well suited to family groups. The garage converted to a game room kept the kids busy for hours and us adults too!The kids enjoyed the upstairs loft and bedroom however it was very hot and opening the windows at night didn’t help as much as it could have since the bunk beds were pushed up against them.In the pictures it looks very secluded but it is actually just off the main road and was very noisy to sit outside. There were other houses in the community but were not on top of each other which we appreciated.We loved seeing the deer and the squirrels around the property! It is also centrally located with a Safeway, restaurants and things to do close by.Check out the White Mountain Activity center just minutes away, daily raptor experience that was so inexpensive we have a donation too and owners so nice!"
