Upon check in there was no staff at the desk, had to ring bell to get someone to help with checking in. The second day the room key did not work, when I went to the front desk there was no explanation other than the staff saying "oh, I did that maybe I was not supposed to do that". It was also confusing to know if cleaning staff would come into the room or not, there were no door hangers to allow you to decide if you wanted service, had to clarify with he front desk.

Unpleasent man needs to go

First clerk, middle eastern man was a ----hole. Check in Lady in afternoon was awesome. Room ac did not work and was loud. Wall scratched up and missing handels on wardrobe. Felt not kept up. First incounter with man started it off horrible.

The first room they gave me smelled, they changed rooms for me immediately and gave me a better room. The staff was friendly, professional, very attentive. I was able to work out, do business from the comfort of my rroom and a great night's sleep.

Convenient location

First-Room 133 door did not lock. Second- No shampoo no conditioner. It was for one night stay. I would have told the front desk but nobody was the there. This was at 8:00am.

Roaches and smelly feet

The room smelled of roach spray and ended up having roaches in the room. We were moved to a different room without an apology or refund and the next room smelled of a strong dirty foot odor.

The quoted room rate (I realize it was plus fees and taxes) was so much less than the over $106 a night I was charged. I’m a disabled vet that stayed there to be by my brother’s side as he died. I’ll deal with hotels directly to get actual deals. So much for savings. Other family members saved big time

ADA room

We arrived about 30 minutes early and had to wait out those minutes before being allowed to check in. It was beginning to sprinkle and didn't want mobility scooter getting wet. While checking in, the girl was on the phone so not the best customer service. PROS: nice clean room, comfy beds, spacious room, bathroom was perfectly equipped, first floor room. CONS: customer service could be better. If I was in the area, I would pick this hotel but hope for better service.
