「Had a wonderful experience and look forward to doing it again. Wonderful hosts and great food.」

「The WiFi was very slow. The TV had no national networks, ie ABC, NBC or CBS, so no local news, only CNN. The breakfast items were depleted quickly and people had to wait until the attendant went to prepare more. The trash can in the eating area was filled to the brim and not emptied. The toilet in our room clogged, so a plunger was brought to the door in a plastic bag and we were told to put the bag outside our door when done plunging!」

「Staff and maintenance , very helpful and knowledgeable」

「Great pizza place attached to the hotel ! Comfy beds and quiet rooms.」

「Didnt like the front desk staff」

「My family loved staying in the family cabin. Surprisingly comfortable bed, useful amenities, just the whole package. We will be back when were in Pinetop again.」

「Clean, well ran and comfortable. This property was exactly what I expect from Holiday Inn.」

「The hotel was amazing. It was very well kept and maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.」

「温かいお湯がでて、水回りも清潔でした。」

「The mattress cover was stained. There were still coffee grounds in the coffee pot from last guests. The ironing board was full of stains. The 2nd floor was for dr appointments. The parking lot was not appealing. Would never stay there or recommend.」

「My complaint was no place to hang cloths. There was a cabinet which included the iron, ironing board, hair dryer and space to hang cloths but no bar or hangers. I mentioned this to the staff, they said they have to have a bar cut. You could not get any channels on the TV but they corrected that.」
