"The room was very clean. I did not get a chance to have breakfast because I got downstairs at 10:15am and they were already cleaning up. One thing I did notice is that the person cleaning up the area did not wipe down the tables after people had eaten and they were soiled. Parking was convenient and free so that’s an added value. The staff were present but they were not friendly nor extending in courtesy to guests. For instance, there was no welcoming smile with an enthusiastic welcome to the property at check in, check out, or when just walking through the hallways or property. Even when in the breakfast area the person did his job but there was no good morning, how are you, how was your stay, is there anything I can get you, etc. All that aside, the rooms were clean, immaculate, and slept well. No loud noises or disturbances. I would stay here again or put guests here. Just don’t expect extra over and beyond service."

"We stayed at Lisette's with a group of girl scouts for a trip to NYC. Parking was simple with lots of available spots. Check in was very easy. Neighborhood was safe and quiet with a school half a block away. Very close to 95 and easy to get to the city. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. It is listed as sleeping 10 but we were tight with 7 of us and one bathroom. One bedroom had a king pull out bed and twin bed and the other bedroom had a queen and twin bed. The couch pulled out and would be tight but doable for 2 people. There was a blow up mattress we did not use. The shower was great. Towels were provided but no wash clothes or hand towels so bring your own if you have a big group. We utilized the kitchen but realized that there was no toaster after we had already bought bagels (our fault) but made it work. There was not a pot big enough to cook pasta for 7 people so did that in shifts and no colander to drain it. Also no cookie sheet but had most other cooking essentials. Would stay there again in the future."

"NO DEJES QUE RE ROBEN DINERO, Si quieres hospedarte aquí, debes pagar la habitación en línea o a través de aplicaciones como Expedia, porque si llegas a pagar en persona o peor en efectivo directamente al personal del hotel, te cobraran mas del precio real de la habitación,. Mi habitación en linea tenía el precio de 102 dolares con dos camas y de validez para cuatro personas, pero el personal quería cobrarme 155 dolares para hospedar tres personas. Entonces les dije que en linea el precio por 4 personas era de 102 dolares pero ellos insistían que ese precio era solo para dos personas, Así que les dije que pagaría en línea usando la aplicación de Expedia, y así lo hice, luego me presenté a recepción y listo, solo pagué mis 102 dólares cabales por 3 personas y aún había espacio para una persona mas por los mismos 102 dolares, así que no te dejes robar, primero revisa los precios en linea y no dejes que ellos te cobren más."

"Our family of six had an excellent stay. The property was exactly as advertised and matched the photos. The entire VRBO experience was smooth and stress-free, from check-in to communication with the host. Everything was clearly explained, and the host was responsive and easy to work with.One thing that stood out was the neighborhood. It was clean, safe, quiet, and very family-oriented, which was important to us while traveling with family. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere of the area.We would absolutely look to book this property again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in a great neighborhood."

"We needed a house for our two families to stay for a graduation weekend and this home worked perfectly for us. Plenty of space was available on 3 levels plus an outdoor porch. We enjoyed the large dining table and also the living room with plenty of seating. Grocery store and New Rochelle station are a short drive away, but walking the area was easy as well and we felt safe to walk at night around the neighborhood.The host was accommodating and responsive to communications. We would stay again."
