The room was clean along with everything else. The window by the TV has a water leak from the snowstorm. I put a cup to catch the water droplets on the windowsill. Other than that the group was extremely courteous and helpful. I and my wife would definitely return there. Great service. Thank you

Mostly how nice the rooms were….small but really comfy and perfect for a solo travel. I really liked the pillows. :-) And it was very clean. Your staff at the front desk could use a little help with being more welcoming though….I found them to be very distant and they avoided eye contact if you were waiting for the elevator and wanted to even say “hello” to them. Hoe this helps.

The staff was awesome from the very beginning. They made me feel welcomed and took our bags even though we were checking in too early. They were professional and super sweet. The room was immaculate, super clean and with a great view. Better and cleaner hotel overall, our friends were staying at another hotel that cost more and got way less. The breakfast was decent, although I would have preferred the waffle machine instead of the puny pancakes. The rest of the food was great. With free breakfast, I was able to pack a snack for later (pb&banana sandwich as a mid day snack). The only con I have is that the lobby was super hot, seems like he heater was set to 110! All in all it was a great hotel.
