"When we booked the Property, it accommodated 4 people as it had a pull out sofa bed in the living area. On arrival the manager advised they had now amended the property to providing beds for 3, sofa bed has been removed. Camping stretcher was provided and a 20 discount offered for inconvenience. Photos should be updated for future bookings. House intensely smelt like incense or something similar which made us all feel headachy. Duvet in single bed was stained. Gas heater is unflued. We could hear every movement made upstairs, not a "little" noise as advertised by having children. Smoke detector was also faulty. We actually booked for two nights but just couldn't endure the second night and headed home early. The nicest thing was the bush outside and the birdsong. Not sure how it had an existing rating of 8.8."
"The luxury house alone was beautiful but the communication with the property manager was very very unprofessional, we are Pacific Islanders and while we were telling him things that were wrong with the bach he was being so arrogant & avoiding any conversation. Also we had a big incident where the fire guard was placed leaning on a vase and my 9month old barely touched the vase it fell and the vase shattered on my baby causing her to have cuts on her arm. Also the gas was out and we only just there & they expected us to know how to change the gas when we had no experience whatsoever of the house. No spare towels no spare blankets, bad wifi connection & also there was a wire floating in the pool & we told the property manager that it was dangerous because we had kids with us swimming they could have tugged on the wire not knowing what it was and the property manager said “it’s not a hazard” I have footage of how unprofessional the property manager was towards us as we were complaining about how much money we spent to having a experience that wasn’t what we were seeing online. Everything that we saw in the pictures were definitely not the same in person. Very very poor service."
"An amazing stay! We were long term visitors, staying over a month. We had a fantastic view over the little reservoir nearby, and got to see all sorts of flora and fauna. The two bedroom apartment was well suited for our stay, with Botany Downs Town Centre a short walk away we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, and super helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough."
