暑かった！

セキュリティはいいが、階段がるので重たい荷物を運ぶのが大変。 部屋には、ランドリーがあり便利、冷蔵庫も大きいのでアイスクリームも入れておける。 ただ、エアコンがないので喚起が悪く、夏は暑い。 場所は、空港から距離があり朝は渋滞するので余裕を持つ必要がある。

From the moment I entered M Central Apartments, the experience was unpleasant. There was a very bad smell when I arrived, and the lift was extremely dirty and smelled even worse. When I opened the apartment door, the smell continued inside. The apartment itself did not feel clean, and there were visible stains, which was quite concerning. Another big issue is that there is no air conditioning. During summer, it becomes unbearable to stay inside the apartment. On top of that, the location is directly in front of the station, so it is very noisy, especially at night. I also did not feel comfortable with the environment or the people around the building — it felt unsafe and creepy at times. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable stay, and I would not recommend M Central Apartments to anyone.

Absolutely Disgusting – Worst Stay of My Life This place is beyond unacceptable. The room was filthy the moment we walked in. There was rubbish already in the bins, the entire room smelt like a toilet, and the sink was broken. The floors were stained, the kitchen was dirty, and the drawers were broken with no handles. Nothing was clean. Nothing was maintained. The so-called air conditioning was a portable machine with a tube hanging out the window, and even that was broken. It was completely useless. This is not what you expect when paying for accommodation — it felt like walking into a neglected, unhygienic dump. I could not let my children stay in that room. It was unsafe and disgusting. Because of this, I was forced to sleep in the car with my two kids for the night. No family should ever be put in that position. Reception was absolutely no help. When I tried to explain the situation, they cut me off and hung up the phone. No apology. No assistance. No care at all. I ended up crying in the lobby with my two children because of how badly this was handled. Every single thing about this place was bad. Cleanliness, maintenance, customer service — all of it failed. This was not just disappointing, it was distressing and humiliating. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT stay here, especially if you have children. This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I have ever had.

The rooms were not as described. The room had aircon vent going out from the window. The rooms were very tiny and not enough space to put my bags In.Toilet pan had stains and no one bothered to clean our room in pour 6 days stay there despite telling them We needed our room vacuumed . They were meant to change our sheets nothing was done. I went to complain to the person at reception however the person there said he will check with the cleaners. There were cockroaches there in the room. Would never recommend it to anyone. Rate 1/10

The couch in the room was in very poor condition to the point where we just didn't use it. No AC apart from a noisy mobile unit but you had to leave the window open to use it. No city views only Manukau bus stop. I paid $12 a day for parking in the risky lot out back but every time I went to use it someone was in it. Overall I wouldn't stay again.

The room was unclean and untidy. Furniture broken and paint coming off the walls etc. the bed was uncomfortable with mattress sagging. Dining table broken, no batteries in the remote. Overall poor experience. Checkin after hours not good, no one opened the door, had to be on the phone for long.

The person on reception was incredibly rude. He checked us in before we even said we are checking in - he was unhelpful and disrespectful. A lady who was sitting outside wasn’t allowed entry as she wasn’t aware of a bond due to not booking it - it was through a third party person (her work officer) therefore she was having to sleep on the street. I paid her bond so she has somewhere to stay. The guy was more worried about other stayers too. I’d never stay here again. It felt very unwelcoming and people parked in the wrong car spaces when we paid therefore couldn’t park - the only option was to get other peoples car spaces towed. The people in the morning were helpful. The rooms had some cockroaches as well. I do not recommend.

Range hood doesn’t work makes loud sound only, slow elements. No coffee table (other rooms the as ours same do) 5 switches on a wall, Only one worked. Aircon floor unit only so window constantly open equals loud planes all night. For 4 people: 1 breakfast bowl, 3 forks, 2 drinking glasses, No tea towel. Said serviced apartments they just put new towels on dining table. The dishwasher looked like it had been in a train wreck. We booked with friends for two nights, 3 dbl apartments. I booked a single apartment for the 3rd night based on a promise over the phone for a 4th carpark for the full 3 nights, paying $12.50 per night for carpark. I wouldn’t have booked the extra night if not. No language barrier, I asked several times and spelled it out. Arrived to be told no he didn’t tell me that, I am a lier and they don’t have a carpark for us. I just got lied to, spoke over, rudely treated ended up having to park 5 min walk away costing more. I got lied to again when given the managers phone number, wrong number! Then when given the right one he didn’t answer, the receptionist said he went home for the night, so why give me his number?! I phoned and txt, no answer. Then I go back past reception 10 mins later and who was there, the manager?! Lies after lies. we ended up cancelling the 3rd additional Night and stayed somewhere much better and safer. And mostly out of morals. A lot of weird going’s on, people coming and going too.
