I informed Oakwood Manor that our flight times had changed and would not be arriving until midnight. I rang at 1.00pm for a shuttle and no reply after several minutes. Rang back again and this time answered. Check in was fine and room fine. But one bed was sososo soft and the other oh so hard. Checkout the next morning was fine.

We have stayed many times here and been happy. But this stay was horrible. My car was broken in to. Party at one of the rooms got out of hand and they had someone go crazy banging and kicking on the doors yelling they were going to k*ll them . Smashing stuff. My Family was terrified and hid in the back room. Police arrested him and seemed to settle down until 3 am started up again then 5am. Staff member was really helpful sorting my car out.
