「Building and grounds nicely done. Only real negative was being on the 1st floor was guests on the 2nd floor entering or leaving or in their rooms couldn't help but be heard because of a lack of sound insulation-pretty loud.」

「We were attending a concert in Saginaw a needed a place to stay for one night. We looked at hotels then came across The Tanner Building apartment. It was perfect! I loved the idea of staying in a building that was built in 1867. Inside the apartment was exactly like the pictures we saw online. Very neat and clean. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and everything worked as it should. The location was great and very walkable to shops and restaurants. There is even a Pub right next door....
