Horrible stay, late by over 2 hours for some and 45 minutes for us. The heater didn't work and it was 20°F outside making the room similar and it was filthy. The breakfast is fake.

Room was horribly nasty looked like and smelled like it had never been cleaned holes in the walls door was broke didn’t close all the way bed bugs on the bed didn’t even stay we walked in and walked right back out and asked got a refund and left and I had to drive 6 hours to come back home it was are honey moon and you guys ruined it with your false advertising of the room

Entering the room, we discovered the lock to door had no lock on it, aswell as the lights to the room did not work. But what sealed the deal was finding little bugs in the bed. We asked for a refund but it was non-refundable so we ended up getting assigned a new room but it’s just so run down in the rooms. I get it if you’re trying to crash somewhere for maybe 1 night but I would definitely NOT stay here for no more than that. Not an ideal place.

It's a shame the hotel is in such bad condition. First, the dark-haired women who work at the front desk have a terrible attitude towards the guests; they treat everyone very badly. They charge a $75 deposit which they never return. The rooms are in very poor condition, dirty and neglected. I found cockroaches on the floor, and the beds were hard and very old. Also, the pool was in terrible condition, empty and full of trash. I truly don't recommend this hotel to anyone; it's horrible. I will never rent a room here again. 😞

Place was a complete dump. The pool was filled with a little bit of water that had green allergy growing on it. There is no restaurant there anymore. They use that room for storage. There were mattresses and box springs stored high at the side of the property very dirty, very old looking.

Very poor wouldn’t recommend some doors don’t latch, mold on walls, hairs in the beds, chairs setting around broke outside, tubs dirty , over all I would not recommend. We didn’t stay because of this.

Tried to check in but no one was at the front desk, waited for 20 minutes and tried to call several times but no answer. I was charged for one night stay. I had to go find another hotel. Tried calling to get my money refunded and still no answer.

Room was dirty, hole in bathroom wall (I’m going to assume where a vent should have been installed), baseboards missing, curtains with holes and falling down, and the hvac unit had broken vents and hadn’t been cleaned in 10+ years. I was also not told about the $75 deposit by Expedia (it was probably in the fine print).

The room was okay lots of Holes in the walls that need to be patched, not sure why they weren't patched already. The bathroom showerhead is about four feet off.The tub floor so taking a shower.If you're over four feet makes it difficult. The rooms needed updated. There were light switches hidden behind the bed that you couldn't reach. I would say this is less than a one star hotel.

First room had a cockroach in it. Second room had a pile of garbage swept up in the corner looked like someone lived there. Finally got into a clean room but was so turned off at that point won’t look to stay there again.

The only positive aspect of this lodging was the low price, and unfortunately that is about where the positives end. From the moment I arrived, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the stay feel unwelcoming. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and attempts to call the front desk from my cell phone were unsuccessful. Everytime I selected the option for the front desk, the call was disconnected. The internet was completely unusable, which was a major issue as I needed reliable access to complete important business tasks during my stay. To make matters worse, I even seen a roach in the room, which was very concerning. Overall, this lodging did not meet my most basic standards for service, and I will not be booking here again.
