"It was too cold for the swimming pool as it is mid October, there were people using the hot tub, but I have one in my room and the sauna so why bother it was so wonderful and the staff was super. Christina was the most wonderful ball."

"We‘ve spent two wonderful weeks with our two year old daughter and our dog. The house is beautifully located in the hills with no direct neighbours. The view is fantastic and we felt immediately at home in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were just lovely. (We cannot say anything about the pool - except that it is huge - because we were there out of season in March when the pool was closed.)"

"Our host Maurizio, added quite a few extra layers of enjoyment to our stay. A brilliant host who went above and beyond to make our holiday truely memorable! We have invited him to come stay with us when he visits Australia. As for the farm house it’s self, an amazing experience to live like a true Italian. She also introduced us to her favorite restaurants nearby (they were amazing) and told us where to shop. And the house itself is stunning- it should be in a movie about Tuscany. "Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay! "

"My mother and I recently stayed 2 nights at Svetoni and had a wonderful time. The resort hotel and grounds are impeccably kept and beautiful. It is very quiet, and we enjoyed walking the vineyards, relaxing, and taking a wine tasting tour. The wine and meats were delicious, and we wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and spa if it were warmer. The included breakfast was outstanding, and we met some great people each morning to chat with. It also has a Michelin star restaurant on site, which I didn't realize so we didn't get a chance to eat there, but it looked delicious. I'd stay again on my next visit."

"This hotel is wonderful with beautiful views from the terrace! The only complaint is the number of stairs you have to take if staying on upper floors (no elevator) - my husband has a bad back so that’s a consideration. Also, wish they would accommodate all the guests in the gourmet restaurant as we couldn’t get a reservation during our 2-day stay! Book ahead of time!"

"Was using this hotel as a stopover while driving to Sorrento from the UK. The hotel was immaculate and extremely modern and in great condition. It was very convenient for our stopover as right next to the motorway. They person on reception while we were there was extremely helpful. On the night we stayed the hotel restaurant wasn't open but he recommended another local restaurant which he booked for us, and his recommendation was spot on."

"I can't recommend the Marsili highly enough. The property is perfectly situated just on the outskirts of Cortona center. A 5 minute walk and you are exploring a fascinating, casual, friendly, safe and fun neighborhood. Every member of the staff went out of their way to meet our needs. We loved the breakfast as it was different daily and so delicious. The rooms were large and comfortable. We sat up in bed in the morning to outstanding views of the valley. It was out of a painting. "
