"The bed mattress in my first room was terrible. You could feel the springs in the mattress. I went to the office and the staff member quickly moved me to a different room. A minor inconvenience but it was taken care of and appreciated. "

"Everything was wonderful, the pool, the beach, the staff, the restaurant, the store, the cleanliness of everything. The only issue we had was the beds were not comfortable. They were to firm and we all had a difficult time sleeping soundly. "

"2 hours to check in as room was not ready. Then both ac units didn’t work and there were clothes left in the room from previous guests that the cleaners did not remove. The resort never fixed or helped accommodate us to another room they just kept blowing me off. Staff was nice just didn’t seem to care about my room issues. "
