Chalet de la Soye

This chalet, renovated 3 years ago, is ideal for 6 people.
Its living room offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent exploring the area and its many lakes. Relax on the sofa, reading a good book, or taking advantage of the Wi-Fi connection at your disposal.
You can then cook a good little comfort food and enjoy it around the dining table, on the balcony or on the outdoor table while enjoying the calm and nature

The chalet has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The sofa is convertible which allows two people to sleep on it. Bed linen is not included in the price of the stay.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Towels are not included in the price and cannot be provided.

The chalet is heated using a pellet stove. Bags of pellets are available but are not included in the price of the stay. The bags will be paid for at the end of your stay, depending on the number you have consumed. To give you an idea, the chalet heats up quickly, so there are an average of 3 bags for a week.

The kitchen is rather well equipped: oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc... It is ideal for preparing good dishes and then enjoying them around the dining table or outside.

Outside, you can rest in one of the sun loungers available in the garden (1000 square meters). The front garden is fenced but not the back garden. Access to the garden is either by stairs or by a very gentle descent. If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal place. There are no neighbors on the adjoining plots, just grass. Maybe you will be lucky enough to see deer from the balcony? Speaking of the balcony, it is ideal for having breakfast in the morning (the sun beats down directly on the balcony)

Animals (dogs, cats or rabbits etc...) are of course welcome.

The chalet is located 5 minutes by car from the famous lake of Pierre-Percée and its village. In Pierre-Percée, you will find a few restaurants. It is also 5 minutes by car from the leisure center of Celles-sur-plaine (towed buoy, beach, mini-golf etc...) Natives of the region, we will be happy to give you our recommendations and answer your questions.

The nearest supermarket (Leclerc) is a 10-minute drive away and the first bakery is a 3-minute drive (or 15-minute walk!)

The house is also 1 hour by car from Strasbourg or Colmar, ideal for a day trip to visit Alsace and its vineyards.

But let's not forget that the Vosges is full of little treasures, not so far from the chalet such as the lake of Gérardmer (30min) or the lake of the Maix (15min).

You will have access to the entire accommodation.

Cleaning is not included in the price. You can choose a cleaning package (60€) and we will take care of the cleaning. For organizational reasons, please let us know when you make your reservation or on the day of your arrival.
Also, there is a sheet package (30€), where we can put the sheets at your disposal. Once again for organizational reasons, please let us know BEFORE your arrival.
