"I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The location is incredible, literally 2 blocks from Pier 39. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and genuinely happy and friendly. "The hotel lobby decor is outstanding. The seating area is beautiful. We had a ferry building and bay bridge close up view room on the 14th floor - we are local to the Bay area and had never seen views like that from a room before. Outstanding. Room was very comfortable. The only area for improvement, if there was one is the slow pace of the lift service. Other than that, it was a memorable stay."
