"The location of this hotel was nice and in the middle of things, but on this trip, this is the 4th hotel we have stayed at and I would say it was the worst one in terms of how nice the room was. The shower was a tub, the AC didn't work. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly, I was just expecting the room to be nicer and it was more expensive then some of the nicer hotels we stayed at."

"Lovely hotel, well positioned in the Gothic area. Very helpful staff. Public areas very nicely presented with an excellent breakfast. Room good size with small balcony. Hotel felt very safe. Would recommend."

"The customer service was lacking for a hotel. The rooms felt very un clean and house keeping was slow, no attention to detail and an overall general feeling of not caring. No plug in the bathroom, coffee not replenished etc. The beds and the pillows however were very comfy. For the price, I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Most of the staff (restaurant / rooftop) were not very hopeful and quite rude when asked questions. Especially the breakfast staff, super disappointing. However, a few of the front desk workers were pleasant. Warning, the standard room is VERY small. Definitely uncomfortable with two suitcases accompanying us."
