"We loved this sweet property. It was perfectly located to everything we wanted to walk to. The room was VERY small to navigate and no room to open luggage but still lovely and was perfect for us as we spent zero time in the room. "

"Location wise the hotel is within walking distance to most of the busier areas. It’s actually a bit farther than I had expected but realistically walkable to many of the areas for food, the market and shopping. The room is a bit bare but very clean. There’s no bin for garbage in the room which would have been nice. The only bin for garbage is a small one in the washroom. The shower and room are quite clean, and like the area it’s in the building is a little older but well kept. Shower is actually quite big as well and it was very nice. You have most things you’d expect in a room such as soap, shampoo and quite a decent hair dryer. It would have been nice to also have conditioner and lotion as well but we had our own. Staff was very friendly and polite. They were always very helpful when we had questions. Overall, I think it’s a good place to stay when you’re in Barcelona. "

"The hotel was located perfectly for walking to many places easily, including close proximity to metro. Staff was helpful and easy to deal with. The room was big enough for us two and overall very comfortable. "

"We did not use the spa facilities. The staff, especially the front desk, and in particular Sergi, were excellent. Possibly the most helpful and efficient front desk staff we have ever encountered at any hotel. The room cleaning staff could have been more focused. They did not clean the dirty wine glasses and left towels for one fay and two people only. More towels would have been appreciated. Overall, an excellent staff and facilities. The daily buffet style breakfast was exceptional. We will sing the praises of this hotel to our friends/family. we will return to this hotel in the future. "

"The roof top bar was expensive but the restaurant was very reasonable, we had a wonderful meal there. The breakfast was amazing. The staff are over the top helpful. The property is spotless. The gothic quarter is the best experiance. We were a party of 8, so we booked 4 rooms, every room was excellent."

"Convenient location in Barcelona. We felt safe as a family, but did get pick pocketed at dinner a few blocks away. Would not eat at the restaurants on La Rambla, but hotel is close to many great restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean, comfortable and updated."
