"My experience at the Olivia Plaza Hotel was great, the staff was super nice, attentive and always ready to answer my questions. The room was also clean and spacious and I found the hotel to be very well located with quick public transit access and walking distance to many points of interest. I have two negative points I would like to mention: 1. I found brown dust on the initial towels I received so I asked for the a new set the next day. One of the new towels also had the same brown dust on it, so I am assuming that the shelf were they are kept within the room or within the storage requires some cleaning. 2. The walls are very thin and I could hear loud noises within the hallway and the room next door. Otherwise, I had a very nice stay! :)"

"This was a fantastic hotel with an extremely helpful staff. The location is ideal for tourists -- near the cathedral, easy walking distance to all the Gothic Quarter and El Born activities. We stayed in a junior suite and it was excellent -- nice amount of space and a gorgeous view of the beautiful architecture in the area. The rooftop pool area and bar was excellent; we spent a couple of sunsets up there, which was nice because as hotel guests, we had priority over the visitors who lined up outside to get up there. The staff provided outstanding customer service throughout, including excellent housekeeping. The breakfast was top notch, as well. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely want to return when back in Barcelona."

"We loved the h10 Madison Hotel. The location was convenient and walkable. When we arrived, we were offered refreshments and the option to hold our baggage as our room wasn’t ready yet. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The room had a lovely view out the balcony. It was quite nice. It was also spacious enough for the two of us. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and it was nice to be able to sit and enjoy the view in the evening. The morning breakfast was plentiful and staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the H 10 Madison."

My wife ordered uber eats & the hotel gladly warmed up leftovers the following day & supplied cutlery as well, Roof top pool & drinks were perfect for relaxing & enjoying sunset .I would definitely stay there again Robert"

"We would definitely stay here again. We had a comfortable, pleasant room. The HVAC worked very well. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast was fantastic! We took off a star because we had some trouble with the WiFi and the room lacked a few things we would have liked to have: facial tissues, hair conditioner, and a full length mirror. The Rambla was under construction, but that is not the hotel’s fault. Overall, we were really happy with our stay."
