Fantastically helpful lady on front desk (just returned from time off), clean good sized family room, nice breakfast, great location. Would recommend and family friendly. Only downside was no kettle in our room and the total has no bar or ability to buy drinks/snacks outside of breakfast hours which, after a lot of walking each day, was missed.

The location is great in the Termini train station area. The hotel has good family rooms, perfect refrigerator, and free breakfast. The staff is great-good value for one night stay.

"What a view from our patio! The valley is so peaceful and the gardens are lovely. This hotel is very close to the Saturnia natural springs which we went to every day. All the employees are very friendly and welcoming. It was a perfect stay."

"Hotel was clean and the beds comfortable, with a great restaurant (the mixed grill was incredible!) and parking. Very convenient to visit the Etruscan necropolis. Breakfast was very tasty, and staff were helpful and friendly. We had a great experience!"
