I cannot say enough of the staff at Saem Siem Reap hotel. From the moment I arrived to when I left, the staff accommodate all my needs. Welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival, a plate of fruits awaiting me coming back from dinner first night, spotless roomand swimming pool, and delicious breakfast. On my last day in Siem Reap, I booked a sleeper bus to Phnom Penh so after checking out at noon, they held my bags while I went to the Angkor National Museum and dinner. Upon coming back, Mr Sopheap, the hotel manager, offered let me take a shower in their spa facility. What a thoughtful gesture! And they offered to let me use their business office with the AC on full blast until my bus leave which is at 10:30 pm. In addition they had a driver take me to the Giant Ibis, free of charge, which is only 500 meters away but still a great gesture. I have no doubt where I will stay the next time I am in Siem Reap.

Staff were lovely, friendly & helpful, but definetley need more training in dealing with international guests. Sadly the breakfast was cold, but was better the next morning after I complained. The TV had no English / Movie channel which is important for some guests after spending the day exploring. ...
