가족여행하기 좋은 곳이였어요.

원베드룸이라 취사가능해서 좋았어요. 반잔시장이랑 가까워서 장보고 요리해먹기 좋았어요. 빅씨마트도 뒷문이 있어서 좋았고, 빅씨마트 관통해서 정실론도 시원하게 이동할 수 있고 좋았어요. 직원들도 친절하고, 요청에 다 응해준 것에 감사합니다.

A let down

Let’s get the good stuff out of the way. The location and price is reasonable and the walk to the beach and main area is not too bad. The WiFi was acceptable. But I broke a glass in the room and they tried to charge me 1000 baht for it. I naturally did not pay as it was an accident and that cost is outrageous. Also, the pictures of the swimming pool look great but they are not the pictures of the pool at the hotel. The actual pool is small, cramped and after 4pm in the shade. This is outrageous and misleading as I often pick a hotel on the pool. I complained to Hotels.com who were awesome

一室一廳很滿意

從機場來到酒店大概一小時，拿到門卡打開住宿的地方超級驚喜，居然是一室一廳帶開放式廚房和開揚露台，採光很好非常滿意！ 樓下有按摩店和便利店，走5分鐘就是夜市，15分鐘到商場，離巴東海灘及酒吧街都20分鐘路程，不用搭車都很方便。 天台泳池在另一座酒店的頂樓，雖然有點小但對於只玩水的我來說是足夠了，頂樓還附設太陽椅分露天和非露天，但是非露天的頂棚是殘破的，下雨天會撇到水。 總體來講算滿意吧。

Very nice lady in reception

Nice hotel in ideal location. Stayed here before and came back because the lady in reception was really good to us. This time was glad to see she was still there and helped as once again. The ladyboy and young lad are not very helpful at all. We had a mosquito infested room on floor two and asked to switch rooms to be told they are fully booked by the young lad which was a lie as I looked online and could book the same room straight away. I confronted him about this and he let us see another room on same floor but was no Different. When we saw the lnive lady from our last visit, she let us change to a different floor with the same room without any probs. Such a nice lady and we would return because of her. Room was nice one bed studio with small kitchen. Would definelty stay again

A Hotel nagyon jó volt. Klíma. Hűtő, privát fürdő. A szobák nagyok. Kellemesek. A hangszigetelés nem a legjobb. Összességében nagyon jó. Nagyon szerettük. Jó helyen volt. A főutca mellett közvetlenül. Közel volt minden. Kb 9 perc gyalog a part. Nagyon jó volt. Ajánlom!

Good budget hotel

Friendly clean plenty of hot water and clean towels and bedding.Rooms cleaned daily .If anything there were no pots or pans in kitchen area ,it did not affect us maybe you had to request them .All in all we were pleased .

Hotel was basic, breakfast in the hotel next door, consisted of vegetables rice noodles chicken wings fried eggs and toast not good! The beach and the main bars were 20 minuets walk. Could be very noisy day and night. Staff were very friendly. Wouldn’t go back.

Great little hotel.

The Allano is a great place to stay. Spent 10 nights here. It is less than 10 mins from Bangla Rd and the beach. Superb restaurant downstairs. Plenty of shops next door. The pool is a roof top in the adjoining hotel. Great view of Patong. I would recommend this hotel.

you can get way better for your money

Honestly do not stay here! We come to Phuket once a year and this by far was the worst hotel we have stayed at! Greeting when checking in was a rude unfriendly man, followed my plenty more just as rude hotel staff the one and only man who was the room cleaner was lovely, the bed is by far the hardest bed I have even seen in my life I kid you not the floor would probably be softer! The whole hotel is under construction but seems like it's stoped half way being built and everything is starting to fall apart again! The very very small roof top pool has half of off the tiles missing and lost another 5 or 6 when we where in it just from walking across it, oh and don't get me started on the one working elevater!! For the whole of the hotel only one! And it would stop randomly and the wrong floors and Oh my god I swear it took about 15 minutes to get you! For the price you pay you can get way better in Phuket! The included breakfast is at another hotel down the road?? Very small variety of food and had the same stuff every day, the staff there where just as bad, really disappointing as we loved how welcome we normally feel when coming to Phuket but this was the opposite! Only good thing was the food market next door but I wil never stay here again!

Apart from a small smell, the hotel staff are very friendly, the room is cleaned daily and the location is great as it is a 4-5 minute walk to Bangla road. Also plenty of food available and access to shopping. Very pleased with the stay here.

Good budget hotel

Good hotel if on a budget. Rooms were very big and clean. Was in a good spot away from the street so very quiet at night. Upon arrival late at night the 2 bedroom unit we booked was not available and we were split into two rooms on two different floors, it was fixed the next day and we were given interconnecting rooms. Beds were very very hard though which meant we woke up with sore backs everyday. Water in bath comes out brown so we couldn't take a bath. Location great as close to Junceylon shopping centre and 7eleven. Would stay here again but maybe for not as long. We did 6 nights but next time would go for four.

Ik enkele negatieve punten: -hard matras 0 comfort -airco koelt niet -slechte tot geen internetverbinding -7uur am bezig met boren/klussen -house keeping maakt niet 'goed' schoon (op de eerste dag na) -zwembad in een ander gebouw -toilet bril zat los -ik had geen toegang tot kluis er zou iemand gestuurd worden maar na een week wacht ik nog steeds -lawaai van de buren die in de gang praten Plus punten: -7 eleven dichtbij -joycelon mall paar meters verder
