Trés belle villa mais...

La villa est vraiment magnifique, spacieuse, et très confortable. L'accueil par Allia (notre hôtesse) a été vraiment très sympathique. L'idée de mettre à disposition un smartphone avec quelques applications préchargées et la possibilité de passer des appels locaux et internationaux est vraiment excellente. Nous avons malheureusement expérimenté quelques petits problèmes : Filtration piscine en panne et 2 jours nécessaires pour la réparer; WIFI out pendant la première journée. Un point négatif à noter, concerne les propositions de notre hôtesse concernant leurs excursions (vers les iles, les élephants,...). Le Saiyuan Estate est détenue par une société Russe (on a rien contre les russes) et les excursions sont quasi exclusivement composées de russes et même les guides ne parlent que le russe. Donc à moins que vous ne pratiquiez le russe et que vous soyez adepte des sorties en groupe de 50 personnes, c'est à éviter. Nous avons renoncé lorsque nous sommes arrivées au port.

Nice staff but inconvenient

Very good cust svc who tries to handle my queries promptly. The room was OK, surrounding is nice and quiet but will definitely need to rent a car or have your transport all arranged. If you gonna spend alot on your transport.

Great place to stay!

English-speaking customer service was impeccable, they arranged vans to pick us up at the airport before we arrived. Vans were clean, highly professional drivers. Villa was huge - kitchen, two bedrooms, two baths, living area, deck, washing machine. Bathrooms had a large walk-in shower, and (it is Thailand) all the plumbing and water pressure worked great. Awesome, clean private pool. Very quiet area, a little out of the way but in walking distance to restaurants and a 7-11. Would definitely stay here again - super chill place, very clean and relaxing.

車が有ればとてもいい

こちらに４日間お世話になりましたが、スタッフの方も日本語ができる方が常駐されておりとても安心して利用できました。彼女のビザの事から何から何まで手伝ってくださり本当に感謝しております。 パトンビーチまでも車が有ればすぐに行け、レストランも近くにあり立地はとてもいい。 また利用をさせてもらいたいと思います。

Beautiful place to stay

Sensational place to stay , quiet and peaceful yet 10 minutes from beautiful Na Hairn beach. Hire a car or motor bike and go where you like. We taxied everywhere and was cheap and got good advice from our drivers. We did just about all the tours and had the best time so would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you don't want the noise and busel of the major towns.
