The staff was walking distance to many shops and dining areas. The staff was incredibly nice. Hotel was close to Phuket old town. Clean and easily located. Easy area for excursion groups and tours to pick you up. Would stay again.

A new hotel, and the staff are excellent as they work through some of the teething issues. They forgot to replenish drinking water one day, and gave it to me promptly when I asked at reception. Lovely cafe downstairs. Water from the shower drains quite slowly as floor is uneven. Staff are super friendly and helpful!

The staff was great! 10/10 the hygiene less.. we cane and the room was DIRTY. The ground had sticky stuff, toilet not cleaned, bathtub had spots and hairs etc. We told them politely and the guy agreed with us, told us he would see if there are other rooms available. We then heard him quickly clean the floor of another room 'just to be sure' (very sweet). We got the other identical room, which was better BUT the big mirror had handmarks on places where you don't want to know about. Then the bathtub was still not up to our standards, but we ignored it and just not used it. The only other thing is that the there is a sewer smell in the bathroom, which is kinda really gross. When we wanted to rent a motorbike the staff was great again, they handled everything from us not wanting to give the company they work for our passports as a deposit to them then giving us the lowest possible deposit rate! They were also super nice :)

It's one of those, shower and the toilet becomes soaking wet kind of situation. Location is great though, and you get your money's worth especially if you are arriving at Phuket late at night. No elevators in case you are bringing suitcases. Seriously I would go back if only they had shower curtains, please, shower curtains.

Very cute property, but there isn’t a way to contact the stuff from the room. I paid for a room with a large bathtub, but the water in the bathtub did not work. I asked the staff multiple times to please come and check this, but they never came. I also asked for them to please place my luggage in the lobby at checkout, but they did not do this either.
