I have paid less for higher quantity homes. The family was disappointed. The property is listed as a 4 BR but it is not. Repairs are needed in several rooms.

Great place in Scottsdale

A nice place in Scottsdale. Clean, renovated, and well located. We had some communication and listing issues but they were all eventually resolved. I would stay again.

Wedding party

The property was in a nice neighborhood, a lot of neighbors were seen walking everyday. The house was spacious and recently updated. However the listing showed two beds in every room which was not accurate. The fourth bedroom was a converted garage, nicely decorated. In that room were two beds with pull out beds below. We were not able to get them pulled out. It was nice having the pool table and small putting green. The pool is perfect for families with small children because of the large shallow area. The place could use a little refreshing such as loose toilet paper holders and loose towel racks. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bathrooms are in good locations in the house. pulled out.

Great Place and nice walk to old town

Quite residential neighborhood, with a 20 minute walk to old town Scottsdale. Family vacation with six adults, everyone enjoyed the house, big kitchen island were everyone meet for breakfast and coffee. Would have given five stars but, little minor things in the house need to be updated or fixed. Rental managers were quick to respond to questions and problems.

Needs some attention

We rented this house with our family for the celebration of our daughter’s wedding. The location of this property was excellent to enjoy Old town. We enjoyed the pool and spa on our down day. The kitchen was very nice and we cooked in a few times. The outdoor grill needs attention and/or replacement. The most disappointing part of our trip were the beds. The Owners Suite was very large and bright but the King bed was horrible. With two people sleeping on it you would roll into the middle it was so broken down, nevermind trying to get out of it. Then the bedroom with the two trundle beds was a garage turned into a bedroom and it had no air conditioning that worked. There was a mini-split on the wall but was inoperable so they rugged a portable air conditioner in the room that was vented into the wall with a portable fan as well. The wall in which the air conditioner was vented was so hot to the touch and we were afraid it would cause a fire. We shut it all down. Hence, our grandson couldn’t sleep in that room and we had to drag a mattress into the living room for him to have a place to sleep. Fortunately he was only there for a few days. One of the living room sofas had two broken legs and was being held up by 2 paint cans. We were shocked. Be sure to wear shoes in the house or your feet will be filthy .l contacted the PM immediately and they responded, we are working on a solution. Disappointing .

Not quite as advertised

It was stated that this was a four bedroom property and that is why I booked it. The “fourth” bedroom was the garage. The “garage” bedroom had a few beds but only a portable plug in air conditioner. The room did not get above about 90°. With temps of 110°, no one could stay in that “bedroom.” There were five adults. And we did not have a fourth bedroom. The property does not safely sleep the number of people advertised. The pool was fine but the outdoor furniture was not clean. I would not recommend this property if you need more than three bedrooms.

The property was spacious and beautiful. Centrally located to events, airport and shops. Property management communicated with us every step of the way, no surprises.

Explore Scottsdale

Spent the week with my young adult kids and niece. Beautiful home and amenities close to Fashion square and Old Town. Quick access to paved trails that take you in town. We had a wonderful week exploring Scottsdale shops, hiking and golfing.

Amazing time at amazing home

Great Place!

This house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It’s really close to the Old Town area and shopping. It’s very clean and comfortable with a nice pool and outdoor area. I would rent it again.

Washer was broken. Chair was broken and left on back. Beds and sheets were very comfortable. House was clean and great location. Took a few days for pool to heat up.

Spring Training Girls Trip

Nicely decorated, but some furniture is in need of repair (chair broken, paint can holding up sofa). Advertised as a 4 bedroom, but garage room has no window, closet and could be fire danger. Needs bathmats in bathroom, and toilet paper holder in master is loose, and missing in second master. Nice quiet neighborhood, and great location to Old Scottsdale.

Great location

We all had such a great time - the property was perfect for multiple families. Kids loved playing pool and the adults loved sitting around the kitchen island watching them. The spa and pool was amazing when it was on. The last day of our trip we figured out how to turn it on and off without having to contact the host. The beds were amazing and would love details on how to purchase. Overall a great week in AZ!

Family gathering for the holidays
