「The hotel really needs to invest in another set of elevators. It only has two small cars in the center court and when everyone checks out at the same time, the wait times are quite long. There are two others, one on each wing, but they are not as convenient as the mail lobby elevators. Also, the chose to clean the only male bathroom/showers in the water park just as we were planning to leave. Bathrooms/showers were closed for more than an hour. 「We purchased an extra night so that we could sleep in the hotel room when we arrived after a 10 hour drive through the night with no sleep and 2 kids. Upon arrival the front desk staff (who was so rude and not accommodating at all) told us our reservation had been cancelled. We had to pay for service for both nights even though we didn’t get to stay at the hotel at all. We were then forced to purchase a different hotel across the street so that we could finally sleep. 「Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!」
